It is interesting how deep the chasm is between those who love Trump and those who hate Trump. There's no middle ground. Even writing the word "Trump" will send heads spinning. Be honest, those on the left are idiots and I wouldn't waste my time.
Related to this, there's a book (doctor written) titled "Overdiagnosed".
Learn about NNT, number needed to treat for a single person to receive benefit. Or how scanning machines (CT, MRI) can find something wrong with anyone.
I was recommended a book titled "Overdosed". This article pretty much sums up what I've read so far. One idea in the book is called "NNT", number needed to treat to stop one bad outcome. Turns out, some of these meds we're on have a NNT of 100 to stop 1 person having a bad outcome. But the research and statistics can be explained in a way that makes the outcome a lot more favorable than the reality. Hence the book "Overdosed".
I love this article. Thank you, Kristine.
Though I love my alone time, I often read how being alone leads to depression, blah blah bad, it's never-ending. Life is good, I'm not sure if most of the depression articles are well-meaning, or more so just further clickbait.
In the 70s, I hitchhiked from Seattle to San Diego over to Houston, taking a bus to Maryland. All while wondering where I wanted to live. Chose Cali. No doubt, one of the richest experiences of my life.

When I see someone walking toward me, I’m the one who always vears off. So if two people are walking on a sidewalk, I will walk on the grass.

Not sure why Robert is getting downvotes. He's just trying to express his thoughts, I don't think he is denigrating Kristine in any way.

Your pen is my Apple Reminder. When I think of something, I just say "Siri, remind me ...." On that note, I need to check my reminders:)

Geez, I think I'm organized and then I read this. Kudos to you, I'm envious. I have a few spreadsheets but I haven't looked at them for a few years.

I'm the opposite of hoarding. I've gotten rid of many things that I've had to repurchase. But I'm more than OK with it.
