Rick, Thank you for volunteering as a tax preparer. I do the same myself. There is a non-profit that provides free financial literacy. The program includes mentors who meet online with students to give feedback. You can volunteer to become a mentor, which requires no formal certification or experience. The program trains volunteers on what to know and what to expect. For each student, you meet with them three times over the course of a year.
