Well growing up poor certainly helps you appreciate having money -- a little or a lot! I'm certainly more happy today knowing I can go into the grocery store and fill the cart with no worries... If I could buy a yacht (I cant) would that make me happier? Not likely. Am I thrilled to be able to plan a trip to Italy? Yep. Will I still be down in the dumps because of family sickness? Yep.
