Well the burning question is how much the distribution is? For sure our big expense items are travel, remodeling the house and certain stores my wife likes.
Look at a graph of stocks from 1900-2025 yes the line moves up and down but the overall direction is definitely up and unless we’re entering an entirely new period that should continue.
Yes there’s wealth then there’s WEALTH. Our neighbor has her pool cleaned 3 times a week because she doesn’t like automated pool cleaners, and she has her yard done 3 times a week so it always has that fresh cut look. On top of that, she bought the lot behind her so there would never be a house there with windows where you could see into her house and yard.

Walking the Great Wall in China.
The 38th Parallel in Korea.
Seeing a rocket launch in Baikonur.
Auschwitz and Dachau.
Riding in a canoe on the Mekong.
