Jonathan-I first started reading you when you were at the WSJ back in the 1980s & 1990s. I used to clip your columns after reading them and save them for future reference (which I hardly ever did; they just gathered in a folder). I learned about index investing from you and I still follow that approach 35-40 years later. Thank you for all of the wisdom, humor and guidance over the years.
But most of all, thanks for showing me how to accept your illness and go thru end of life choices with grace, dignity and humor, and true empathy for your family. Marc
Thanks. I will send you something "soonish" which means most likely 1-3 months. (I have learned because of my ADD that I have a pet GILI monster - Great Intentions, Lousy Implementation. And the best way to keep GILI chained is to set a semi-loose time commitment and put it on my Google Calendar).
I will boost my subscription this month. Thank you very much for this website, which is the best vehicle I have found for informed, intelligent, sensible information and discussion about investing.
