Jonathan, I support the idea of buying during market downturns, but how, exactly, do you do that? Doesn't that require keeping a lot of extra cash ("dry powder") on the sidelines? Does the gain from "buying the dip" in this way make up for the cash drag on one's portfolio? Quick second to say thank you. This is my first time posting.
