  1. Many words have been written about an economic, “soft landing,”,ahead,  so, I suggest not buying any  “hard currency” funds or etfs.
  2. The VIX volatility index is expected to become even more volatile, perbe, mayhaps an investment in VICKS ( throat lozenges, and the like) products might be prudent.
  3. When exuberant shills on TV and in print and online media tout their books and so forth ,such as, ” How To Get Rich Investing In Real Estate” and similar, I have to ask, 1) Is the money to be made really in what they suggest, or B), Are the fantastic sums to be made , with little effort, really in selling books about how to make money in real estate?

After all, if I had a zero risk, extremely lucrative source of easy money, e.g., A tree that, instead of having leaves , sprouted hundred dollar bills, I clearly would not share it’s location. If I was dishonest, though, I would write a book about how to find such trees.

D)  I feel the term ” Investor”, is far too broad.  Warren Buffett has trounced the indexes over the past 50 plus years, by a factor of 140 times , and that makes him an investor.  That would have turned a measly  ten bucks into nearly 500 grand. On the other hand,  many strategies have lost 80 or 90 percent, annualized, over ten years. I think maybe some money managers are investors and others are gamblers and speculators. And there are far too many of the latter.  Full disclosure: For far too many years, I was the bad one, I am now the good one.

5)  To try and ease the anxiety level , while investing and managing our money, I suggest buying Cal- Maine stock, the ticker is “CALM.”

6) After my divorce was finalized in 2017, I was stunned and more than a bit depressed after losing a whopping 68% on everything , investments, material items, etc. Please, choose your life partner carefully. Of course, we all change over time, but, there were several warning signs early, which I brushed aside. That was not wise.

7) Even people blessed with good looks, talent, ambition and connections often make less than optimal choices concerning money. Al Pacino was broke at one point, losing 50 million , a bad accountant and over spending were the reasons.

Boxer Mike Tyson earned about 400 million , he ended up bankrupt and is a convicted felon.

Of course, it can be radically different , also. Paul Mc Cartney is worth about 1.2 billion ,and Bob Dylan , a couple of years ago, sold the rights to some 600 songs, for a cool 400 million.

One of the many that confuses me is Whoopi Goldberg. She recently said that she needs to keep on working , she really needs the money. I have read on several different platforms, though, that she has a net worth of well over 50 million. I suppose she could have substantial debt, in excess of that level. Oh well. It could be the new math, too?

According to wise Forensic accountants , Michael Jackson had a somewhat high debt level of 500 million at the time of his death. No comment.

E) For those concerned about the falling dollar, may I suggest a “basket” of investments, to catch it? Get It?

F) Jack Benny once stated that a thief stole his wife’s purse. He didn’t call the police, though. The crook was spending less than she did.

If anybody is still reading, you have the patience of Job, and in the interest of compassion and decency, I shall cease, forthwith and also henceforth with.

Do not fret, buy some Coca-Cola, symbol, ” KO”, thats “OK,” backwards. you are welcome.      How about Pepsi stock, for those whom are tired and torpid, ticker “PEP”.

And finally, try the Van Eck fund, HAP, add in PY, Principle Value, and you will be ” HAPPY!”   Please, do not be , “UPSET”, that is Wheels UP   stock and the Chicago Board OPTIONS Exchange. Finally, ALLGOOD”, Allstate and Gladstone Commercial Corporation.

Finally, avoid BADEX, BlackRock Defensive Advantage, remain “COOL”, Coolcat USD.

Finally, Global Technologies will keep you “WARM” this winter.

Getting through this one has worked up my appetite. I’m thinking either Mexican or fried chicken sounds good; YUM.
